2025 SCHEDULE


New Entrant Award

If you have not entered the Show before, Welcome! You can

enter as many classes as you like. You may wish to cautiously

try a few classes you feel comfortable with or go all out for full

coverage! However you start, your total number of points

gained from everything you enter will be put forward for the

New Entrant Award. The new exhibitor gaining the most points

out of all new entrants will be awarded The Francis Hill Cup.

Flowers

1. Viola, 1 specimen bloom

2. Violas, 6 blooms

3. Dahlia, pom pom, large, 1 specimen bloom

4. Dahlia, cactus, 1 specimen bloom

5. Mixed annuals, 3 or more varieties in 1 vase

6. Mixed perennials, 3 or more varieties in 1 vase

7. Pansy, 1 specimen bloom

8. Pansies, 6 blooms

9. Fuchsia heads, 3 of any same variety

10. A vase of 3 or more varieties of bee friendly flowers

11. A single stem gladioli

12. Largest sunflower head, Adult

The Clendon Vase will be presented to the exhibitor gaining the

most points overall in the above section.


Roses

13. Roses, floribunda, 3 sprays, any variety

14. Roses, Hybrid Tea, 3 of any one variety

15. Rose, 1 specimen, with foliage

16. Roses, 5 Hybrid Tea, mixed varieties

The Sydney Rawlings Rose Bowl will be presented to the exhibitor

gaining the most points overall in the above section. The Rosern

Trophy will be awarded to the Best Rose in Show.

Pot Plants

The Cys Dyble Cup will be presented to the exhibitor gaining the

The HW Hunt Company Cup will be presented to the exhibitor

gaining the most points overall in the above section. The Stan

Hopper Memorial Plate will be presented to the Best Vegetable in

Show. The Morral Plate will be presented to the exhibitor with the

Longest Runner Bean.

All labelled, sealed with a new twist top lid OR wax disc and

cellophane.

The Davies Floral Art Challenge Cup will be presented to the

exhibitor gaining the most points overall in the above section. The

Marjorie Chilton Trophy will be presented to the Best Floral Art

exhibit.

Classes 93-96 any subject, all art and photos mounted and/or

framed unless on a canvas. Please keep the photographs local

and printed on photographic paper. Exhibitors are welcome to

bring a stand to display large artwork.


The Jan Pugh Art Cup will be presented to the exhibitor gaining

the most points overall in the above section.

The Alison Mayo Junior Trophy will be presented to the exhibitor

gaining the most points overall in the 5-7 years section. The

Bishton Hall Cup will be presented to the exhibitor gaining the

most points overall in the 8-11 years section. The Flower and

Vegetable Show Trophy will be presented to the exhibitor gaining

the most points overall in the 12-16 years section.

Surplus Table – Request for Donations

If you have any spare produce please consider donating it for

our surplus table. We have a donation bucket on the table and

this helps us raise vital funds to help cover the costs of staging

the Show. Please bring along spare fruit, veg, plants or

preserves etc on Show Day and spread the joy of home
